Room Rates Include Breakfast and Dinner
- All rates are per person, per stay (1-night, Weekend, Weekly, etc.)
- Rates are based on double occupancy (2 Adults) – Single occupancy add 25%
- Children under 3 years old stay free.
- Rates are subject to 8% Sales Tax.
- Dogs are welcomed for $5 per day, per dog.
- Blackthorne offers wheelchair and handicapped accessible rooms
Check-in Time is 3PM, Check-out Time is 11am.
Mid-week Specials are for Sunday or later arrivals with departure by Friday morning.
$100 Deposit Required Per Room
- No cash refunds will be made two weeks prior to arrival (you may apply a deposit to a later stay within one year)
- Deposits for Holiday & Special Event Weekends are Non-Refundable
- 10% Charge for all Credit Card Deposit Refunds
Gratuities for Wait Staff and Chambermaids are NOT included in room rates.
No Refunds or Allowances can be made for missed meals.

Children 12 and under are half price. Children 5 and under are FREE.
PLAN A ROOMS:
Our largest room available, the Plan A rooms have jacuzzi tubs, 2 queen size beds, patios, TV and Studio couches. They are large beautiful rooms and many also include a small kitchenette.
PLAN B ROOMS:
Our mid-sized rooms are a cozy Blackthorne favorite. They offer double beds, with some having additional pullout couches, single beds and cots upon request. There are also family units with adjoining rooms available. Our Orchard building offers private terraces while Tara Hall is perfect for those looking for easy accessibility and close proximity to the main building.
PLAN C ROOMS:
All units with heat, shower, AC, TV and twin or double beds available. We like to describe these rooms as being a step above camping. There is nothing fancy about them; they are small and simple but they will do the trick for anyone who just needs a place to sleep at night!
