Friday – Check in anytime!!

7:00PM: International Hot & Cold Buffet with Chef’s Carving Station, Dessert Cart, and Coffee & Cordial Cart.

9:30PM: Tour orientation in nightclub. Immediately following is live entertainment with the awesome biker band “Shovelhead!!” During the evening Patty will be handing out your free Spring Run 2012 T-shirt.

Saturday

8:30AM: All you can eat breakfast with eggs any style made to order, waffle making station, juice cart, fresh fruit, etc.

10:00AM: Time to get on your bike and get in line so we can leave for our journey to Newburgh!!

This year we are going to visit the Motorcyclepedia Museum. This is a two story museum with over 400 exhibits. Motorcyclepedia Museum was made for ethusiasts by enthusiasts. It promises to be a fascinating tour. Afterwards we will once again indulge in one of our fine lunches out on the road.

6:00PM: Dinner is served in the dining room. There will be a choice of 2 entrees, soup and salad bar, dessert cart, coffee and cordial cart

9:30PM: Time to dance and party the night away with live entertainment from Shovelhead. Here you will also have a chance to get together with all your comrades and talk about the run!!

Sunday:

8:30-10:00AM: Another fabulous all-you-can-eat breakfasts to start your day off.

1:00PM: Old-fashioned country barbecue with all the food, beer and soda you can consume!! By now you know it is Blackthorne tradition to make sure you have had plenty to eat and drink!!

During the barbecue, we will award the trophies, and have carnival games and raffles. We wil have bike games during the barbecue.
