OUTDOOR POOL

Located adjacent to our Tiki Bar, our outdoor pool is the perfect place to relax and cool off all summer long. Enjoy a refreshing Pina Colada while lounging on the sunbeds or get competitive over at the shuffleboard – whatever you choose to do just don’t forget your sunblock!

PLAYGROUND

With scattered cottages for the little ones to escape into and a Pirate Ship sure to take them to far away lands – our playground has always been a favorite. Swings, slides, a sand box and more ensure that mom and dad can relax a little while their little tyke meets new lifelong friends.

TENNIS & BASKETBALL COURT

Enjoy a friendly game of pickup or a competitive tennis match, either way we will be happy to provide the equipment necessary for you to be successful!

TABLE TENNIS

Enjoy a game of table tennis, ping pong or whatever you might want to call it! And again, we will provide you with the balls and paddles, just come right on into our main office!

PLAY A GAME OF HORSESHOES

Get back to the basics and enjoy a classic game of horseshoes, something guaranteed to make a lasting impression.

VISIT THE CREEK

Hunt for crawfish, skip some rocks and even take a dip in our on-site creek! Winding through the Eastern most part of our grounds our Creek is a favorite destination of children and parents alike.

TUESDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS

Enjoy a spectacular firework display put on in the field every Tuesday night all summer long!

VISIT THE GROTTO

Built by Gary Ryan, a part of our Blackthorne Family, Gary’s Grotto is a beautiful beach in the middle of the mountains! Play in the sand or fish in the pond, there is no wrong way to enjoy this little slice of paradise.

Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Bonfires, Hayrides, BBQs,  outdoor movie nights, lawn games and anything else you can think of all ensure you will have plenty to occupy your time here in the Catskills.

WATER PARK

Enjoy a complimentary day at the Zoom Flume Water Park, a locally owned and operated water park right down the road that is sure to leave your kids begging to go back!

HIKING

Whether you are looking for a casual walking path or some of the highest peaks in the Catskills, we are only a short distance from any hiking trails and incredible views you could possibly hope to see. Get lost in the beauty and find out how we came to be known as the “Emerald Isle” of the Catskills!

KAYAKING

Find many lakes that offer kayaking surrounded by beautiful mountains and beach, or bring your own and enjoy the more remote beauty of breathtaking locations off the beaten path.

EXTREME SPORTS

Looking for a thrill? Try out some of the extreme adventure courses in the nearby area or if you are really daring take the plunge on the fastest and longest zipline in all of the United States.

BIKING

If you are looking for a slow paced ride down a scenic road or an extreme mountain biking experience, we can offer you any degree of biking you might desire.

SCENIC SKYRIDES

Several nearby Ski mountains means that all summer long visitors can enjoy a skyride high above the trees to take in the sights with minimal effort – Guaranteed to be a favorite with the children as well!

FESTIVALS

All year long there are youth fairs, county fairs, craft fairs, autumn festivals, film festivals and much more in the area. Take a day trip to any one of these off site festivals on any weekend when we aren’t hosting one on the premises already!

SKIING

During the winter months take advantage of the many ski trails in the area, with difficulty levels for all ages.

SLEDDING

Enjoy sledding on the numerous hills throughout our grounds or grab a tubing pass from a nearby ski mountain, either way the children are guaranteed to have fun and we will have hot chocolate waiting for you when you are done.

SIGHTSEEING

Perhaps the greatest, and the cheapest, pleasure the Catskills have to offer is their endless supply of natural beauty. Take a trip on one of the many scenic byways and you will be guaranteed to be left breathless by 5-state views, stunning waterfalls and beautiful overpasses. Don’t forget to stop and snap a quick picture!

VISIT A CASTLE

Take a trip 15 minutes away across the river and see one of the Hudson Valley’s most beautiful attractions. The home of late Frederic Edwin Church, a major figure in the Hudson River School of landscape painting, Olana is sure to leave you in awe.

Visit one of the many local flea markets to find something for everyone.
